Who needs to be calm – KIDS OR US?

When you are feeling very low,and depressed ....
And you meet a positive person who could be anybody......
like your husband,best friend,family,or even a complete stranger.
How do u feel at the end of your meeting? ....
Do u still feel low or get energized and feel good.
Well…... with me its off course the second feeling that is true….
Now imagine meeting a very negative or depressed person in the same situation…now how do u feel?
…..More depressing ,isn't it?
Never really thought why this happens....
But I am sure its related to transfer of energies from one person to another, which is a proved fact.
This also relates why we seek a Guru in life…as he/she is much more positive and at a calmer state of mind than us …
And hence, can guide us with a better clarity in thinking....
As our mind becomes foggy due to the anxiety,stress and worries created by us…sometimes we don’t observe and understand the simplest of things around us.
Now imagine a child who is hyperactive {ADHD}/autism around a parent or a therapist…who is working on his hyperactive behavior.
The child is perceived 'not to be calm, because of his hyperactive behavior….but do we really analyse ourselves …......
Are we calm?
The moment we hear a diagnosis for our child,we get lost in it…
We make the label of our child .................…OUR WHOLE LIFE,
forgetting that we do have a beautiful life other than the diagnosis.
Don't forget he is still a CHILD with autism rather than an autistic child. We need to stop being anxious to reduce anxiety in our kids.
If we are not calm and positive as parents how can be transfer our positive energies to our children…....
How can we be in sync with our kids?
We are biological Gurus of our children.
To teach them calmness, first we need to be calm,
Not just Outside but also Inside.
I choose.......
To be a GURU for my child…to guide him in his journey of life......
I choose.....
To be calm always ,around my child.......?
